HR manager with knowledge of the Turkish language in Tandir №1

We are looking for a responsible and energetic specialist with good communication skills and knowledge of the Turkish language. If you like working with people, this job is for you!

Main duties:

• Selection of candidates for open vacancies (online format)

• Conducting initial interviews (Turkish or Ukrainian)

• Maintaining the personnel database

• Adaptation of new employees, support in the first weeks

• Cooperation with department heads, support for HR document flow

• Discipline control, help in solving organizational issues

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Turkish language at a conversational level (required)

• Communication, competent language, stress resistance

• Experience in HR or recruiting is preferred (but it is possible without experience - will teach)

• Ability to learn quickly, responsibility, systematicity

• Format: remotely or from the office (optional)

• Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Payment: rate from 29,000 UAH + bonuses
