We consider our main task to be helping existing entrepreneurs and newcomers to the US market. Our products - a community of entrepreneurs, offline events and an online school, are aimed at uniting, networking and sharing experiences, as well as scaling the businesses of our clients. World-famous speakers perform on our stage, and leaders of the American entrepreneurial community are present in the hall. Active search for specialists; Searching for candidates, screening resumes and selecting for interviews; Conducting telephone interviews and participating in face-to-face interviews with candidates; Ensuring that the branch is staffed and meeting planned targets; What is required of you? Level of English proficiency is not lower than Upper-Intermediate; Have successful experience as an HR manager for at least 1 year; Experience in searching for candidates using job sites and other sources; Experience in working with HR processes; Proactive, sociable, stress-resistant and multitasking.
