Hr manager (Warsaw) in Kraft Deckensysteme Ukraine

In connection with the expansion of projects and entry into the European markets of the company Kraft Deckensysteme < b style="font-weight: 700">Poland, we are looking for a qualified HR manager for our family. p>

Today we have powerful projects in the field of production of suspended ceilings.

We are considering a candidate who lives in Warsaw.

If in percentage of employment:

• 60%- recruiting (position level: mid-level managers. The company is actively developing the commercial direction, the marketing department, as well as the engineering and installation department (ceiling installation specialists).
• 20% - induction of employees.
• 20%- adaptation after entering the position.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in personnel management or psychology (preferred).
• Experience in a similar position from 5 years.
• Polish language level (B2).
• Experience in recruiting staff in Poland from 1 of the year.

Conditions:

• Work will be in the office from Mon- Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (no overtime).
