We are looking for a competent person with experience in personnel management, recruiting or related fields. Requirements: knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level and above; experienced PC user; creative mindset; willingness to learn; punctuality; working conditions: work schedule Mon-Fri; ideal schedule: from 12.00 to 20.00; friendly team. Responsibilities: full control recruitment and adaptation of new personnel in the company; initial telephone contact with candidates for various positions in the company; head-hunting, conducting initial interviews; organization of employees' work; control of household tasks, providing employees with the necessary resources, consumables and technological means; timely provision of information upon request manager, execution of manager's orders; development and implementation of additional motivation for employees; planning and coordination of corporate events and internal events;. support of communication with employees, resolution of conflict situations; coordination of internal trainings for the team.
