The team is waiting for you if you: Have experience working in companies with 200+ employees from 3 years in the position of HR Manager ( at TAF Drones at the moment. Knowledge of modern personnel management tools. You know how to develop KPIs and OKRs. You have experience in organizing processes of onboarding, one-to-one, personnel evaluation, etc. Your main tasks: Support and development of corporate culture. Support of the life cycle of employees. Calculation and control of KPIs. Analysis and study of trends in the field of HR, implementation of innovative methods and practices. Participation in the process of adaptation and onboarding of new employees. Full cycle of search and selection of employees for various levels of vacancies. 80% of goals for the trial period (3 months): Develop and implement general onboarding process at TAF Drones. Develop an onboarding checklist for HR and for an employee. Create an onboarding academy for employees. Establish an onboarding process in Notion. Develop and implement an onboarding process in the teams: Production, Commercial Department, R&D Department. Create a company wikipedia in Notion with all the basic information, for example: rules for calculating salary, benefits, etc. Collect data on KPIs of all teams and employees, offer bonus systems and KPIs for employees and teams that do not yet have them.
