We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced  HR manager to join our team at Traffic Market.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Cyprus!

Requirements:

∙ 3+years of progressive HR management experience in international in IT company.
∙ Experience in covering and coordinating all people-related issues (onboarding & off-boarding, assessment, performance management, the salary review process, etc.)
∙ Experience in administering corporate benefits.
∙ Experience in developing and documenting systems and processes, implementing change, and collaborating with employees at all levels to ensure business goals are achieved.
∙ Understanding and maintaining main HR metrics.
∙ Successful examples of key talent retention.
∙ High level of teamwork and networking.
∙ Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
∙ Excellent organization, negotiation, decision-making, sustainable relations-building, and planning skills.
∙ Strong time management, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
∙ English level — B1 and higher.

Attributes tied to the location:

∙ Understanding and compliance with Cypriot employment and personnel legislation.
∙ Communication skills with local authorities and organizations responsible for employment rules and social issues.
∙ Orientation towards the peculiarities of local culture and mentality in interacting with personnel.
∙ Knowledge of local traditions and customs that may affect the work environment and team relations.

Responsibilities:

∙ Development, support and improvement of corporate Policies and Procedures in accordance with the company’s needs.
∙ Managing the process of an employee lifecycle: facilitate onboarding, finalize adaptation and trial period, conduct performance appraisals and compensation reviews, manage exits, etc.
∙ Conducting regular employee feedback sessions (1:1) and surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
∙ Providing support and guidance to managers and team leaders on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
∙ Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on matters related to local employment practices and regulations.
∙ Retention control: providing job satisfaction talks to identify and address retention risks.
∙ Timely and proper maintenance of HR reports and HR processes, database updating.
∙ Collecting and analyzing data with HR metrics.
∙ Maintaining benefits and compensation packages and, if necessary, updating them together with the team.
∙ Taking part in organization of corporate events/activities/team buildings.
∙ Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture.
∙ Managing internal HR-communications.
∙ Monitoring industry trends and best practices to stay updated.
∙ Administering document preparation and signing during onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle.
∙ Managing payroll preparation and monthly financial report.
