Tasks: Participation in the creation of the training and assessment support function: participation in the development and implementation of internal and external training plans; development and implementation of personnel evaluation processes - eNPS People research - experience of offline software coaching will be an advantage; Participation in the implementation of the strategy of the People division in other HR functions; Search and selection of personnel; Formation of external personnel reserve; Monitoring of the labor market, the volume of the wage market; Participation in Onboarding; Participation in Offboarding; Conducting People analytics and reporting. Skills: 1. Ability to work in CRM systems. 2. Work experience/participation in BP description and automation of HR processes.4. Possessing the skills to visualize and create training and test materials, both product and soft skills development. 5. Practical work experience in the search and selection of personnel from 3 years: office/middle/top level. IT specialization will be an additional advantage. 6. Experience of working with partners in the search of personnel; 7. Professional ambition is aimed at systematic self-development; 8. The general experience is HRG or HR manager in various areas from 7-8 years.
