What you will do:

• Look for talent< /strong>: Assist in the candidate selection process, post job vacancies and track resumes.
• Interview: Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
• < strong>Onboarding: Organize the process of adaptation of new employees, providing them with a comfortable start.
• Documentation: Maintain order in personnel documentation, process documents for new employees.
• Teamwork: Contribute to the creation of a positive working atmosphere and assist in the management of internal communications.

What we need:

• Willingness to learn: Interest in HR processes and willingness to learn new skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate with people and develop your interview skills.
• Organization: Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
• HR Basics: Basic knowledge of HR or desire get them quickly.
