In connection with the constant expansion of the NOVUS network, we are actively looking for new employees for our promising team and announce a competition for the position - Store personnel manager!

Functional duties:

• Recruitment of personnel for vacant positions in existing stores;
• Maintenance of primary personnel records;
• Training and adaptation of employees;
• Organization of motivational events at the store.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in HR (mass recruitment, training, personnel administration) will be an advantage;
• Experience in Retail will be an advantage;
• Active life position, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level self-organization;
• Mobility.
