HR manager (remote) in Empteam

We are looking for an HR manager in the YouTube company, who will help us create a team of video editors, as well as screenwriters

Primary responsibilities:

• Recruiting screenwriters and editors who meet the company's requirements (video editing and script writing with AI)

Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates; dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit">• Analysis of editors' portfolios and examples of screenwriters' texts;

• Development of new employee adaptation processes;

• Maintenance of employee database and candidates;

• Communication with the team regarding the selection results.

Candidate requirements:

experience in HR (from 3 years); style="vertical-align: inherit"> • High ownershipin English;

• Ability to analyze the work of a potential employee (examples of videos/scenarios), we will teach how to this;)

• Communication, organization, ability to work in multitasking mode.
