HR manager (remote) in Mustage Team

We, the arbitration company Mustage, are looking for a talented HR manager with 6 months of work experience. If you are an energetic, organized and communicative person who knows how to find a common language with different people, we will be glad to see you in our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in recruiting and HR management, the ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to grow with us.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from searching for candidates to hiring them
• Registration and support of new employees at all stages of adaptation
• Maintaining a positive climate in the team, resolution of conflict situations
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and employee database
• Organization of training and professional development of employees
• Labor market monitoring and analysis of the company's competitiveness as an employer

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager from 6 months
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and multitasking
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English will be an advantage
• Confident user of PC and HRM systems
