Our team is looking for a Regional HR manager who will pick up our pace and be an auxiliary engine for the sales teams of the sales department. Our vacancy is for those who are interested in being in constant active motion, namely: visit in every corner of Western Ukraine, during the days to get to know a large number of people, make contacts and look for the same "our" candidate. Encourage teams to develop, unite and create the necessary conditions for their effective work. Area of ​​responsibility: up to 10 regions of Ukraine (West, Center, South). What will be included in the duties: full staffing (search and selection of TA, SV); monitoring the success of the probationary period; control and support of the development of sales, supervisors and heads of the sales department, according to the grade system; support of additional motivational programs for the sales department; regular surveys on the territory and team analysis; labor market analytics for subordinate positions. Our expectations: experience as a sales agent or supervisor is important; experience as an HR or recruiter is a plus, but not necessary; the opportunity to spend a lot of time on business trips; activity and sociability; the ability to organize yourself and others.
