Our company is engaged in retail sales through its own chain of stores in Kyiv (40+) invites a HR Manager with the function of personnel administration: Requirements: Experience in recruiting from 1- Confident user of PC, Excel; Experience in actively searching for candidates; Ability to evaluate a candidate; Experience in writing job vacancies; Ability to present the company to candidates; Knowledge of personnel legislation; Practical experience in personnel administration (from admission to dismissal). What will be included in the duties Responsibilities: Writing job vacancies and posting them on job platforms (work.ua, robota.ua, Linkedin, DOU); Active search for candidates; Processing reviews (conducting telephone and office interviews); Determining the need for personnel (timely stocking of new stores administrative and ordinary personnel); Formation and maintenance of a database of external and internal personnel reserves; Creation of job instructions for personnel; The complete process of registration of personnel from admission, sick leave to dismissal: - admission/dismissal orders - filling out employment contracts - creation of KEP of an individual - filling out work books. We offer our employee: Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 Payment 28,000 UAH. The first trial month is UAH 25,000. Friendly team and loyal management.
