We are looking for a Personnel Manager (recruiting, onboarding)

What will be included in our Team responsibilities?

1. Working with company managers regarding vacancies (mostly production)
2. Using various sources to find personnel (we have many of them and we all pay)
3. "Selling" vacancies over the phone and conducting initial screening
4. Conducting interviews and evaluating the candidate
5. Partial processing of documents in the candidate database
6. Conducting onboarding, feedback on the candidate and from the candidate about the company
7. Support at all stages of the life of employees in the company
8. Participation in various internal projects
9. Formation of various personnel reports

Which person will suit us?

1. Preferably similar work experience of 1 year in recruiting
2. Basic knowledge. level 1C. If you have been engaged in personnel administration, it is cool and will be an advantage!
3. WILLNESS to communicate a lot with people, "pass through" various issues of our people, difficulties and provide support
4. We are not ready to consider remotely, all our manufacturers work at the factory and offline.
5. One who knows computers well, knows how to work at the level user
