- Write job vacancies and post them on job platforms (work.ua, robota.ua, Linkedin, DOU)
- Active search for candidates
- Process feedback
- Conduct primary telephone interviews
- Conduct secondary interviews
- Timely staffing of new stores with administrative and ordinary staff < li>Determining the need for personnel
- Forming and maintaining a database of external and internal personnel reserves
- Coordinating the training of store administrative staff.
- Creating job instructions for personnel. /strong>
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
- Payment 28,000 UAH. First trial month UAH 25,000.
