Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions in the company;
• Management of the full cycle of personnel selection, including interviews and evaluation of candidates;
• Development and implementation of programs for the adaptation of new employees;
• Support and development of corporate culture, holding events for the team;
• Advising employees on HR issues and supporting their professional growth;
• Working with documentation related to employment and personnel processes.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting;
• Knowledge of personnel search and selection methods, understanding of the labor market;
< li>Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and set priorities;
• Knowledge of labor legislation and experience with personnel documentation.
