Due to staff expansion, we have an HR manager vacancy.
Location: Kyiv, Khreshchatyk St. 44
Working hours: Full time, 9:00-18:00, 5/2
Salary: UAH 20,000 rate + bonuses due to the fact of "closed" vacancies. The prospect of increasing your own income based on the results of your work.

Your duties:
- Search and selection of personnel for the network of own (Kyiv/Odesa/Lviv) and partner cosmetology clinics (Kyiv). Ensuring their prompt and effective "closure".
- Compilation of the description and posting vacancies on general and specialized job search resources.
- Employee support at all stages: from recruitment to dismissal.
- Interaction with all company departments, ensuring productive communications. >
- Broadcasting the idea of the employer brand both on the labor market and among applicants.
- Ability to highlight key competencies for a specific position.
- Analysis of the labor market and zarplat.
- Experience of working with employment resources.
- Budgeting your work area.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
Knowledge of the labor market and its trends (familiarity with personnel administration will be an advantage)
Organizational skills
Teamwork skills
