Our expectations from candidates: a positive attitude, the ability to acquire such skills; experience in recruiting; searching for personnel on various platforms from OLX to LinkedIn; knowledge of modern trends, methods and search tools; desire to develop in recruiting and HR; responsibility, results orientation and the ability to work in conditions of multitasking. Main functions: recruiting for approximately 70% of working time; selection of personnel of various levels (engineers, production/office personnel, etc.); conducting interviews and organizing the selection process at all stages of work with a vacancy; adaptation of newcomers; participation in the organization of employee training; support for medical insurance; participation in corporate events and activities of the company; support of a friendly and developing corporate culture in the company.
