For successful work, you need: Have previous successful experience as a recruiter\HR\manager hiring specialists from 1 year; Be able to adapt and quickly adapt to new requirements in vacancies; Ability to present the company and the vacancy to potential employees; Skills to analyze your work and results and, if necessary, make changes approach; The desire to develop professionally and achieve super results; The ability to find a common language with people and avoid "sharp corners"; Knowledge of the English language (to assess the level of knowledge of candidates) at the Upper-intermediate+ level.
