Work experience of 2 years as a recruiter in a trading company. Knowledge of the algorithms of search and recruitment channels. Experience of interviewing candidates tasks of different levels. Proactivity, effectiveness. Responsibilities: Organization of the full cycle of search and recruitment of personnel (compilation of a job profile description, posting of an advertisement, selection and search of personnel, screening of resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, organization and conduct of final interviews with the participation of internal customers) .Ensuring high-quality and timely closing of vacancies.Participation in the adaptation of new employees.Participation in all HR-events of the Company.Working conditions: Comfortable office in Vyshnevo, corporate transport from the station Akademmistechko; Standard working day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. slaughterhouse short working day until 16:00; Official registration, social security; Medical insurance; Decent level of salary, which directly depends on the results of the work.
