What you will do: Search, select and evaluate candidates for vacancies in the company; Conduct interviews and assess candidate competencies; Maintain a candidate database and maintain relationships with them; Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel. Required experience: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; Knowledge of the labor market and trends in recruiting.
