For our cool team, we are looking for someone who knows how to look for (also cool) - a recruiter. *recruiting is cool) We are Ukrarmor, we are manufacturers of high-quality and reliable military equipment, created by ideological and talented people, and we always want more of such (people) to the team. * there is a lot of military goods, but we are not going to stop. So, your task will be recruiting (obviously): - Creating job profiles and posting vacancies on job sites; - Using alternative sources of personnel search (we do not recommend TCC methods); - Conducting telephone interviews interviews and face-to-face interviews; Closing vacancies (preferably adequate); - Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program (be a real budy (not a bully) for a newbie); mass recruitment (retail), technical staff, line managers; - Possession of modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates; - Confident PC user: Word, Excel (well, it’s for fun, couldn’t help but write); - Love for your job and the desire to leave in the morning to your favorite job (one of the most difficult requirements); - Responsibility, self-organization and other synonyms of cool recruiters; - Ability to plan working hours and set priorities.
