HR manager / Recruiter in Evitek

Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and selecting qualified specialists for our projects. Duties : Search, attraction and selection of candidates for vacancies of various levels of complexity; Maintenance and development of a database of potential candidates; Cooperation with the HR department and project managers to determine the company's personnel needs; Conducting analytics and statistical analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting processes. Requirements: Experience in a similar position or account manager will be a plus, but not required; High skill in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates; Knowledge of modern methods and approaches to recruiting; Ability to work effectively with databases and HR systems; High level of communication and ability to of cooperation.
