HR Manager (Recruiter) in Digital IT

In connection with the expansion of our team, we are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for the attraction and selection of qualified specialists for our projects. Duties: - Search, attraction and selection of candidates for vacancies of various levels of complexity; - Support and development of the database of potential candidates; - Cooperation with the HR department and project managers to determine the company's personnel needs; - Conducting analytics and statistical analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting processes.
