Job description

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience 1 year of work;
• High communication skills and the ability to work with people;
• Confident negotiation and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Searching, selecting and recruiting candidates for vacant positions;
• Interacting with managers, studying their requirements and coordination of the profile of the desired candidate;
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates, analyzing their skills and meeting the requirements of the vacancy;
• Participating in congratulating employees with DR, various holidays;
• Budgeting, certification of employees; 
• Additional instructions from the manager.
