Almost simultaneously, a branch was founded in Ivano-Frankivsk (Prykarpattia), later in Berehovo and Mukachevo (Transcarpathia), and in the capital city of Kyiv. In 2013, the centers merged into the Maltese Aid Service of Ukraine. The main directions of the organization's activities are assistance to children in need, low-income needy elderly people, disabled people in wheelchairs, people with special needs, children and mothers in crisis situations. Knowledge of advanced functions of Excel, Word and of other Microsoft Office programsLanguages: Ukrainian — fluent, English — not lower than B1 (mandatory requirement) Main responsibilities: Ensuring the full cycle of recruiting employees of various levels and specialties (collecting job applications, compiling job descriptions and publishing on job search sites , resume screening, conducting initial interviews, maintaining a candidate database, etc.); Administration and systematic analysis of personnel selection and adaptation processes and other HR metrics, including in the CRM system; Planning, organization and conduct of personnel evaluation and training events; Participation in writing job descriptions, forming individual employee development plans; Participation in drafting personnel documents in the process of hiring and firing employees; Development and support of corporate culture, creation of team spirit among employees; Performance of other tasks provided for in the job description.
