conducting telephone interviews for the purpose of initial selection and organization of subsequent stages of interviews;
searching for new channels to attract employees;
working with resumes and candidates (administration of the resume database, conducting telephone interviews, providing candidates with information on vacancies, etc.);
compilation of reports related to personnel selection.
A confident PC user.
