Brief about the company:

• WINETIME is a Ukrainian network of gastromarkets, founded in 2010 within the framework of ASNOVA HOLDING.
• In addition to quality food and alcohol, food courts operate in seven stores; prepare sushi and pizza; the direction of ready meals is developing. The Holding has its own bakery, cheese factory, brewery, and farm.
• Today there are 35 stores in the network (17 of them are in Kyiv).
• Employment of about 700 people.

Main tasks:

• Recruit staff and form a gastromarket team (sommelier, deli, cashier, cook, bartender-waiter, sushi chef). This is an indicative list, new positions may appear.
• Adaptation, training of store staff.
• Assisting the director in building effective team work, supporting corporate culture.
• Participation in the implementation of all activities of the HR department.

Basic requirements, candidate expectations:

• Higher education.
• Mandatory work experience in HR - field, as well as possessing modern search and recruitment tools.
• We would like to work with a responsible, decent, effective person who flexibly finds ways to solve problems, understands the specifics of work in the HR field and strives for it development.
