St. Magnitogorska 1, district Desnyansky metro Chernihivska If you: have a higher education; have experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years; possess personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity; understand personnel management; have experience in organizing training/internships of employees; have a high level of responsibility and self-organization; are goal-oriented and have high communication skills; love people and your work We are looking for an employee who will deal with: processing applications for searching and recruiting personnel and posting vacancies on all search resources (mass recruitment); planning and conducting interviews; adapting new employees; organizing the training and internship process of employees; conducting training events; administering the process of passing probationary periods; organizing the process of official registration of employees; maintaining an internal database of candidates, forming a personnel reserve, filling out monthly reports; participation in other projects of the department.
