At the moment, there is an open position "Recruiter". In connection with the expansion of our company, we are looking for a qualified HR manager, recruiter. The main goal of this position is to provide the best personnel base for our company and to ensure the effective work of the staff. Tasks: - Searching, selecting and hiring new employees for various positions in the company - Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates - Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting and supporting staff - Maintaining documentation and personnel registration - Ensuring compliance with the requirements of labor legislation and internal company policies Requirements: - Conditions: - Work schedule: from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; - Payment of salary once a week; Requirements: - Competent language, knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian languages; - Communicability, purposefulness, desire to develop and grow financially; - We consider people with and without experience; Territorially, the office is located in the city center.
