In connection with the active development, the VILLACARTE Company is looking for a Recruiter in the team, capable of supporting the ambitious development of the Company and participating in the creation of an effective HR function. VILLACARTE is a successful company for the sale and rental of resort real estate. To date, we work with the market of Thailand. The company includes the development projects Layan Green Park and LaVista Villas, Phuket. What you will do: Full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods; Determination of optimal search paths, search for non-standard and effective paths recruitment; Research and analysis of labor markets; Organization and implementation of general adaptation of new employees in the company; Development of various personnel plans and procedures for all company personnel; Assistance in the development and implementation of personnel policy; Assistance to employees in solving HR issues; Participation in the development of the employer brand on Our wishes to the candidate: Experience as a personnel manager for at least three years; Possession and successful use of modern methods and tools of personnel selection, knowledge of different methods of searching for personnel in different markets; Good knowledge of HR functions, methods and best practices; Higher education ;Independence, ability to set priorities, responsibility;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;English language level: not lower than B2.What we offer:Competitive salary;Unlimited opportunities for professional growth and development;Payment for professional training, visa expenses; Work in a cozy office near the sea (moving to Phuket on a permanent basis after a trial period of 3 months); Vacation 28 days a year, paid sick leave; Medical insurance.
