HR Manager/Recruiter in Ovogene

The international company Ovogene is looking for an HR Manager/Recruiter for one of its projects. Our wishes for the candidate:At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,Communication skills,Organizational skills,Teamwork skills,Knowledge of the HR/recruiter processEnglish language skills above intermediate level and knowledge of Slovak languageUnderstanding of Learning and development modules.What will be included in your tasks:Recruiter-.Recruiting and selection of personnel - organization of search and selection of candidates, including publishing vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting candidates to fill vacant positions.Submission of reports.HR-manager-Onboarding of new employees - development and implementation of adaptation processes for new employees to ensure their effective introduction to the team and familiarization with the corporate culture,Onboarding of employees - conducting exit interviews, preparing documents,Personnel assessment and development - planning and conducting employee performance evaluations, developing training and development programs to improve skills and professional growth,Drafting and submitting primary documentation - job offers, NDAs and other relevant documents,Advising management and employees - providing advice and support to managers and employees on issues related to human resources, labor relations and corporate culture,Labor relations management - resolving conflicts and grievances, negotiating working conditions and improvements,Full engagement in teamwork- planning and executing events (globally online and onsite), maintaining employee information and being fully involved in company processes.Working hours:Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00We offer:a stable salary in EURO, a rate for the test period.
