HR manager, recruiter We are looking for an experienced HR manager who will be responsible for the recruitment process and personnel development. Main duties: Recruiting and selection of personnel: Carrying out the full cycle of personnel selection, from the development of vacancies to conducting interviews and accepting candidates for work. Development of talent attraction and retention strategies. Personnel administration: Ensuring compliance of all personnel recruitment procedures with the company's requirements. Management of personnel documentation and other aspects of personnel administration. Personnel development: Development and implementation of personnel development programs, including education and training for employees at various levels. Strategic planning: Participation in the strategic planning of human resources of the company, forecasting of personnel needs and development of relevant strategies. Requirements :Experience in the field of HR, preferably in the role of a recruiter, at least 2 years.Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
