Experience as a personnel manager from the 2nd year (preference is given to the retail sphere, manufacturing companies ( food production), HoReCa). Practical experience in conducting basic HR processes: recruiting, selection, adaptation, involvement, evaluation, training, internal communications and development of corporate culture. Communicability, responsibility, systematization, stress resistance. Ability to work in an intensive and multitasking mode. Responsibilities: Search and selection of line and administrative staff for 9 stores of the "Salyut" retail chain. Conducting initial interviews with candidates for open vacancies. Posting vacancies in social networks on Internet resources, cooperation with the Employment Center. Formation of internal and external personnel reserves. Participation in HR processes: selection, adaptation, training, motivation. Processing the results of the work of the "Secret Shopper" of the Salyut network. Formation of internal reporting.
