- work experience: from 2 years in a similar position in HR (preferably in the field of HoReCa, retail or service).
- successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels;

Your responsibilities:
Strategic and proactive search:
- Full cycle of recruitment Middle+
- "hunting" for passive candidates - market leaders via LinkedIn.
- Building and developing your own network of professional contacts (networking) in the field of hotel and restaurant business. Working with the personnel reserve for key positions, forming a pool of qualified candidates for the future.
In-depth work with the candidate and assessment:
- Conducting in-depth interviews (structured/competency-based interviews) with an assessment of not only professional skills, but also leadership qualities, management potential, compliance with corporate culture.
- Participation in the development and implementation of competency profiles for key positions.
- Detailed presentation of the candidate to management: preparation of detailed analytical resumes, comparative tables, recommendations.
Analysis, planning and work with the brand
- Analysis of the labor market, monitoring of compensation trends (benchmarking).
- Analysis of the effectiveness of search channels, conversions at each stage of recruitment.
- Formation reports.
- Active work on the development of the company's HR brand as an employer for market professionals (cooperation with the manager of corporate culture development).
