Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel for various positions

• Posting vacancies and working with job-platforms

• Conducting initial interviews

• Managing the candidate database and supporting the hiring process

• Interaction with managers departments

Requirements:

• Desirable work experience in HR or recruiting

• Willingness to learn and develop in the direction of personnel management

• Communication, responsibility, organization

• Ability to work with information and people

Conditions jobs:

• Work schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00

• Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 UAH

• Training and support for candidates without experience
