We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive person who can take over the functions of recruiting and staff selection. We need a specialist who knows how to effectively communicate with candidates, learns quickly, works with several vacancies at the same time and is result-oriented.

Responsibilities:
Conducting initial interviews.
Assessment of soft skills and suitability of vacancies.
Experience as a recruiter from 6-8 months.
Understanding the full cycle of recruiting.
Skills in conducting structured interviews.
Ability to provide reasoned feedback to candidates.
