HR manager, Recruiter in Moving Expert

Moving Expert - we are among the TOP-3 moving companies of Ukraine with our own fleet. One of the largest companies, a national operator of transport services, which has several dozen cars of various sizes and carrying capacities in its own fleet. Your main tasks:

• Mass selection of porters and drivers (through websites, chats, Telegram, OLX, social networks).
• Conducting phone calls interview, clarification of experience, schedule, area of residence.
• Formation of the employee base, creation of a "pool" of active candidates.
• Daily communication with logisticians and managers regarding the number of people per order.
• Maintenance of short reports (excel).

We expect:

• Experience in mass selection or active recruiting (will be a plus).
• Ability to work with Telegram chats, Excel/Google, job sites.
• High reaction speed and stress resistance - it is important to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibility, punctuality, independence in decision-making. in a stable company with a real daily need for personnel.
• Payment system - internship rate 30,000, after 35 with the possibility of review depending on the load
• Schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00.
