In connection with the active growth of the company, we invite you to join the HR Manager (Sviatopetrivske village).

The purpose of the position:

Creation, implementation and development of an effective HR function in the company. Ensuring high-quality personnel selection, building systems of adaptation, training and motivation of employees. Formation of a strong team and support of a positive corporate culture, which will contribute to the stable development of the business.

Requirements:

  1. Must have work experience in the field of construction, development, real estate in the position of HR Manager / HR Generalist from the 1st year.
  2. Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
  3. Successful experience in selection, adaptation and support
  4. High level of independence, the ability to independently organize your work and make decisions.
  5. Willingness to constantly learn, improve processes and implement new approaches in HR.
  6. Willingness to be a full-fledged independent HR unit at the start.
  7. Desirable: experience with HRM systems (PeopleForce, Hurma, BambooHR, or similar), CRM or other digital tools for automation of recruiting, personnel analytics or document management.
  8. Sufficient communication skills, structural thinking, proactivity, responsibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting and selection of personnel:

  1. Formation of the candidate profile together with the heads of the areas.
  2. Active search for candidates for production (foremen, foremen, engineers) and office positions (sales, managers, buyers, managers and others).
  3. Conducting interviews, organizing technical interviews with managers.
  4. Competence assessment, acceptance participation in hiring decisions.
  5. Maintenance of the candidate database and recruitment reporting.

2. Adaptation of new employees:

  1. Development and implementation of an adaptation program for new employees.
  2. Conducting induction training, familiarization with corporate policies and company structure.
  3. Supporting newcomers during the trial period.

3. Personnel management:

  1. Development and implementation of internal regulations and policies.
  2. Consulting managers and employees on HR issues.
  3. Participation in resolving conflict situations, holding conversations with employees.
  4. Maintaining personnel documentation jointly.

4. Performance evaluation and personnel development:

  1. Development and implementation of a performance evaluation system (KPI, certifications).
  2. Identification of training needs, organization of trainings, professional development.
  3. Search and interaction with educationalwe are centers, trainers, attracting external resources.

5. Formation of corporate culture:

  1. Initiation of internal events, team building (team building, events, greetings).
  2. Work on staff involvement and motivation.
  3. Communication of internal news, formation of a single HR brand within the company.

6. Analytics and reporting:

  1. Maintenance of internal HR reporting (staff turnover, recruitment sources, adaptation efficiency).
  2. Preparation of analytical materials for personnel management.
  3. Participation in forming the HR budget (salary analytics, training, bonuses).

7. Building an HR function:

  1. Independent planning and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
  2. Building a system of HR processes "from scratch" or improving existing ones.
  3. Formation and development of the HR department in the future (in case of company growth).
