We are announcing a competition to fill a vacant position HR manager, recruiter in Buchu.

Proposals regarding working conditions and requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience in personnel selection from 3 years;
• Knowledge of search platforms, candidate selection and evaluation methods;
• Fluency in PC (MS Office, Excel);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, organization and focus on the result;
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills.

Functional duties:

• The full cycle of personnel selection: from the formation of candidate questionnaires to accompanying candidates to work;
• Conducting interviews, assessing professional skills and candidates' compliance with the company's requirements;
• Reporting on closing positions;
• Adaptation of new employees;
• Analysis of employees' working conditions and suggestions for their improvement;
• Organization and holding of team building events;

The company offers:

• Working schedule (09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday);
• Salary from UAH 35,000.00, trial period (2 months), after that - individual agreement with the candidate.
