• full cycle of recruiting: creating ads, posting on job sites and other resources; resume screening; initial telephone and personal interviews;
• creating a personnel reserve: forming a base of potential employees for future projects;
• calling candidates for events: quick search and recruitment of personnel for specific events;
• preparation and support of employee onboarding and adaptation programs;
• support of constant communication and creation of a community of potential candidates: organization and support of an active community of specialists;
• maintenance of a candidate database, reporting for the manager;
• support the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
• get involved in HR projects.
