- calling candidates for events: quick search and recruitment of personnel for specific events;
- preparation and support of employee onboarding and adaptation programs;
- support of constant communication and creation of a community of potential candidates: organization and support of an active community of specialists;
- maintenance of a candidate database, reporting for the manager;
- support the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;
- get involved in HR projects.
