Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting processes, personnel selection.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills with potential candidates.
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel assessment and selection.
• High level responsibility and organizational skills.
• Experience in the wholesale and retail trade or restaurant business will be an advantage.
• Owning a PC (Office, 1C)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a full cycle of recruiting and personnel selection.
• Selection of candidates for various divisions of the company.
• Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Interacting with the HR department and other company departments to resolve issues HR field.
• Working in the CRM system
