Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• High communication skills and the ability to work with people;
• Strong negotiation and interview skills.

Responsibilities:

• Searching, selecting and attracting candidates for vacant positions;
• Interacting with managers, studying their requirements and coordinating the profile of the right candidate;
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates, analyzing their skills and meeting the requirements of the vacancy.
• Participating in administrative matters;
• Budgeting, certification of employees;
• Additional instructions from the manager.
