Functional duties

• Search and selection of specialists for vacancies in the Management Company and enterprises of the group.
• Conduct telephone/personal interviews and work in CRM.
• Accompany candidate before starting work.
• Formation of personnel reserve.
• Work with a contract.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work with information;
