Tasks:
- Development and implementation of personnel management strategies;
- Recruitment and selection of candidates;
- Organization of personnel training and development;
- Management of personnel documentation and control over the implementation of labor legislation;
- Development of corporate culture and support of internal communication.
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Higher education in the field of personnel management or psychology;
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
- High level of communication and ability to work with conflict situations;
