Responsibilities:< /p>

• Search and recruitment of personnel
• Monitoring and analysis of resumes sent for open vacancies.
• Closing vacancies according to their needs and forming a personnel reserve.
• Analysis of personnel movement, causes of turnover, development together with heads of departments of measures to eliminate them.
• Conducting initial interviews and trainings.
• Evaluation of personnel according to the passing of tests.
• Motivation and adaptation of personnel.
• Maintaining current reporting on the results of their work and performing check letters.
