Even in the conditions of full-scale war, our recruiting agency is expanding and looking for a recruitment manager (recruiter) to join the team.

We really believe that you can become a professional recruiter not with the help of education and courses, but with the desire to work and develop in this field. That is why we consider candidateswithout experience too.

Our ideal candidate:

• Maximum sociability, has a broad outlook, active and flexible;
• Able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them ;
• Has a desire to develop specifically in the field of recruiting;
• Able to work effectively under conditions of a large volume of tasks and deadline pressure;
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level will be an advantage , but this is not a mandatory requirement.

Functional duties connections:

• Searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas (technical vacancies, administrative, line personnel);
• Conducting telephone and online interviews, analysis of resumes and evaluation of potential candidates;
• Cooperation with department heads of the company to determine staffing needs, approval of candidates;
• Using alternative sources of personnel search, creative approach to candidate search.

The company guarantees:

• Stable and decent salary. Trial period — 30,000 UAH, main term — 40,000 UAH;
• Convenient office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon. — Fri.) Remote work format is not provided. Office center near Akademika Glushkov;
