The company's field of activity is the implementation of complex solutions in the energy sector, as well as wholesale supplies of electrical, lighting, and cable-conducting products

We need a competent and active specialist who is ready to join a team of professionals and make our team even more productive

Requirements:

• Higher education, specialized will be an advantage
• 2 years of work experience as a recruiter in a trading company
• Knowledge of search and recruitment algorithms and channels
• Experience of conducting interviews with candidates for positions of various levels
• Proactivity, effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the full cycle of personnel search and selection (creating a job profile description, placing an ad, selecting and searching for personnel, screening resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and conducting final interviews with the participation of internal customers )
• Ensuring high-quality and timely closing of vacancies
• Participation in the adaptation of new employees
• Participation in all HR activities of the Company

Working conditions:

• Comfortable office in Vyshnevo, corporate transport from Akademmistechko metro station
• Normal working day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday a short working day until 4:00 p.m. :00
