Duties:

- Active search and attraction of candidates through various sources (job portals, social networks, professional communities).
- Initial selection of resumes and telephone interviews.
- Organization and conducting of interviews, assessment of professional competences and personal qualities of candidates.
- Close cooperation with managers of various departments to clarify requirements for candidates.
- Maintaining a database of candidates, maintaining the relevance of information.
- Preparation and submission of reports on the recruitment process.
