What will be your duties:

• Search and selection of candidates;
• Composition of vacancies;
• Conducting the initial interview;
• Providing feedback to the candidate in case of rejection;
• Carrying the candidate through all stages of recruiting;
• Planning and conducting corporate parties;
• Help in adaptation new employees;
• Planning of corporate culture;
• Management of the candidate database.

What challenges will you face:

• Communication within the team to understand the specifics of the vacancy;
• Reviewing candidates' resumes;
• Conducting correspondence and initial interviews with candidates;
• Conducting interviews with candidates at the company office.
